Linden Spinney offers comfortable beds in 4 pleasant
bedrooms, all on the first floor, one of which is en-suite. There are
two additional bathrooms, and washbasins in all the bedrooms. The
house is centrally heated throughout. Provided in all bedrooms are
tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, a hairdryer, books
and magazines. From each bedroom there are open views of the surrounding countryside. There is a quiet peacefulness which enables rest and sound sleep after the day's activities. Children are welcome. A cot is available for very small children which can be accommodated in the parent's room. |
| Guests are also welcome to share the family sitting room,
which has a cosy open fire burning from October 1st until 1st May. There
are board games available and many books, which can be enjoyed by adults
and children.
There is plenty of room for off-road parking at Linden Spinney, and guests may like to take the opportunity to leave their car for a day -or longer- and just walk or amble along the lanes and footpaths which lead to the village or to the moor. Bikes can be stored under cover if guests wish. Linden Spinney is set in 7 acres of garden, field and woodland so children will find plenty of safe space to play. |

Dogs are welcome, provided that they are well-behaved and do not chew the furniture! We would ask that the owner provides a dog bed, food and feeding bowls. We have our own field beside the house so those late night comfort walks are easy! Linden Spinney has its own dogs, a friendly chocolate Labrador called Daisy-May and a collie called Tilley. |
