Linden Spinney offers comfortable beds in 4 pleasant bedrooms, all on the first floor, which are either en-suite or with separate bathrooms. There are washbasins in all the bedrooms. The house  is centrally heated throughout. Provided in all bedrooms are tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, a hairdryer, books and magazines. There is plenty of off-street car parking. The house is set in seven acres of garden, field and woodland.
From each bedroom there are open views of the surrounding Dartmoor countryside. There is a quiet peacefulness which enables rest and sound sleep after the day's activities. The surrounding countryside is full of excellent walks across the open moorland within Dartmoor National Park; the Two Moors Walk and the Mariner's Way are very close. There are beautiful walks along the banks of the River Teign which ambles its way around Chagford. Ancient prehistoric sites are within easy reach, as are National Trust properties and  Gardens to visit. Children are welcome. A cot is available for very small children which can be accommodated in the parent's room. Dogs are also welcome.
